IOTC Engineering and Contracting Division is experienced and well equipped to undertake major Airport construction and refurbishment projects. We are well capable and geared up to build world-class airports with modern technology and operate with efficient management practices.

We lay special emphasis on the development of infrastructure for remote and inaccessible areas including providing airport capacity ahead of demand. Our group specializes in expanding, restructuring and refurbishing existing passenger facilities as well as constructing new ones, among other initiatives.

We focus to provide multi-modal linkages and on optimizing processes in the terminals to achieve improvements that are immediately visible to passengers. Our proposed infrastructure investment in one of the European Union and South part of Indian is meant to act as a catalyst for the growth of the country’s significant tourism industry.
